We are dedicated to delivering your arrangements with the utmost care and efficiency.

To ensure that only the highest quality flowers are used, we can only take same day orders until 12:00 PM EST. We guarantee business deliveries to be made before 5:00 PM and residential deliveries to be made before 7:00 PM. We do our best to meet these delivery deadlines but we cannot accommodate specific windows of time.

In the event that a delivery cannot be completed for any reason such as incorrect address, lack of recipient telephone information, recipient unavailable to receive delivery, etc, the following steps will be taken:

Complimentary delivery attempt will be made during the next business day.

Any additional delivery attempts after that point are subject to a re-delivery charge of $20.

If a delivery cannot be completed after three (3) days (including the original delivery day) from the initially scheduled delivery date, we would be happy to create a new arrangement at 50% of the original arrangement price.
